Studio Services
Groh's studio offers three ways to work together, each grounded in the same educational foundation and design philosophy. The difference is scope, speed, and how hands-on the engagement is. Families can commission a fully custom playroom from the ground up, move quickly with a tight-turnaround design, or start from a pre-designed concept tailored to their room and child.
- Bespoke Design: Groh's flagship service. Fully custom, start-to-finish playroom design with the most direct access to the Groh design team. Available as Design Only, with Construction Consultation, or with Full Construction Management.
- Pronto: A fast-turnaround custom design for families working against a hard deadline. Full design documents delivered in four weeks. Available for residential and commercial spaces.
- Capsule Design: Pre-designed room concepts in three sizes, customized to the client's room and child. All-inclusive pricing covers design, products, millwork, and shipping. Currently in pilot.
Neurodiversity & Family Support
Groh designs for every family. A well-designed play environment is one of the most powerful tools available to families navigating neurodiversity, including sensory processing differences, ADHD, autism, and beyond. Groh's educator-founded team brings expertise in how physical space shapes a child's regulation, focus, and confidence. Every service tier can be approached through this lens. Families do not need to ask for it; it is part of how Groh works.
The Groh Shop
The Groh Shop (shopgrohplayrooms.com) is the product arm of the studio, a curated collection of play furniture, climbing equipment, sensory elements, and room accessories selected against the same developmental lens that drives every Groh design project. Products are higher-priced than mass-market alternatives because of material quality, design integrity, and the care with which they are selected.
