Your grOH! Bespoke Design journey begins with an Inquiry Call! When you’re ready to begin a partnership, with the completion of a deposit invoice and signed contract, we get grOH-ing!
Before your first official meeting, we give you some homework, but don’t worry! It’s not graded! This comes in the form of answering additional questions about your family and your goals, sharing photos and videos of your space, and obtaining measurements of your space(s).
Measurements can be shared through blueprints, architechtural drawings, or a grOH-facilitated measurement session with a local professional.

Your Project Kick Off: we really grOH! for it! We dream together and learn more about you and your family!

Your Concept Presentation: This is where we come to you with several floor plans and overarching concepts, to narrow the direction of design!
The concept meeting is typically when the one-of-a-kind ideas spark and we collaborate to create things that have never been done before!
After your concept meeting, we have an additional touchpoint for design feedback and clarity of direction.
Until we see you at your Design Presentation, we have several specific and time-sensitive benchmarks and processes, including a grOH! team braintrust, to keep your project moving forward and make sure we are optimizing the design to be the perfect fit for your family!

From interviewing to briefing to creating punchlists, we help you find, select and support contractors, trades, and specialty vendors to get the work done!
We love to assist with first-time playroom contractors learn the nuances of monkey bars, pipe climbers, rock walls, tiny houses, and more!

Your Design Presentation: Drumroll please! See your ENTIRE space transformed through 3D renderings and all product selections!
Once you have a few days to digest your grOH-mazing design, we will have a short meeting to discuss feedback!

Your design process concludes with formal Revisions to fine-tune your design based on your feedback from your Design Presentation.
You will receive a Revisions Package and then we will meet for another touch point about additional feedback, if there is any!

We are preparing your Design Deliverable to support your custom installation experience. For example, this can include a technical package for your contractor or a clickable shopping list, but more on this below!
Your Custom Install Experience

You decide how we serve you after sign off of your Bespoke Design with totally optional, additional services.

There are two options for ordering and procurement: a clickable shopping list where you manage or a grOH! managed experience.

With Additional Consultation / Virtual Management Hours, clients share in the installation management responsibilities. Should you want a more white glove feel to your install, you can increase the number of support hours dedicated to your project... then the contractors will call us first.
These hours also allow us to collaborate with other interior professionals like architects and designers as well as train you and support staff in the organizational systems and maintenance for the space.

In-person, typically 2 day, visits strategically scheduled to support the design and the most challenging parts of the installation.

While all grOH! designs come with a custom organization design, you can choose to have our team complete a full, hands-on implementation of the system - sorting and organizing all your kids toys and gear as well as coordinating haul away.
Setup includes in person service for the busiest days of install and playroom prep... the last week! We are there to fully manage the last push of builders and vendors as well as stage the final touches so that your playroom is ready to grOH!

Throughout the design process, we communicate weekly with progress updates we can share and any questions we may have.
Bespoke Clients also have unlimited email access to their Design Team and up to 4 hours of additional calls or meetings, as needed!

Option Number 1:
You are in control! Receive a clickable shopping list and ordering details to procure all of your playroom materials!
Option Number 2:
We order and manage the logistics and deliveries for ALL products and vendors!
We partner with procurement companies to receive, open, inspect, and store all of your products before planned deliveries. Here's to not having a mountain of cardboard!

We are the experts in safe playroom installation.
From mounting monkey bars to cargo nets… you can be confident because we make sure the on-site team knows how to do it too!
We can have regularly scheduled check-ins and consultations.

We provide the on-site team with everything they need including a design deliverable and installation package with optional technical drawings for precise installation of our conceptual design.
We also coordinate a master calendar to make sure all vendors are on track to deliver at the appropriate time during installation.

The Investment
Groh Bespoke Design Project Fees begin at $23,000
This fee is Groh’s signature bespoke design service, as described above. Optional Services, such as Organization, can be included depending on the level of service you are interested in.
