This package provides a no-construction-needed, DIY-friendly educational design! Carte Blanche translates to “blank paper.” After light input from you, grOH! transforms your “blank paper” into a custom playroom design based on your aesthetic preferences and our educational experience!

EVERYTHING IN E-DESIGN CLASSIC PLUS A GROSS MOTOR ZONE!
What makes this package oh so special is that it will include a “gross motor zone!” That refers to a zone of fun features like a climbing wall, monkey bars, ropes, ladders, or swings. These develop different types of gross motor skills for kiddos, and typically require expert installation.

E-Design PLUS is perfect for families with super active kiddos! The Gross Motor Zone will have a playground feel that makes your playroom the talk of the neighborhood!
You receive everything in E-Design Classic, AND:
• Design plans for a Gross Motor Zone! Typically, this is a singular wall or area of the room

• Expanded Educational context and design explanations in your design deliverable

E-Design Premium
INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN CLASSIC AND PLUS, AND A BUILT-IN FEATURE.
E-Design Premium is our most custom design service! It includes a “built-in feature,” like a freestanding fort, tiny house, under-the-stairs playhouse, reading nook or more! This leads to integrated play, combining gross motor and imagination — engaging different parts of the brain and sustaining play!

E-Design Premium is perfect for families wanting to be more involved in the design process and to incorporate lots of integrated play through gross motor features and a built-in feature!
• 1-on-1 Concept Design Meeting halfway through the design process. This is an opportunity to give feedback on aesthetic directions as well as floor plan options!
• Design plan for a Built-In Feature! This could be a reading nook, epic bunk beds, a tiny house, an elaborate fort, or MORE! We love to let our imagination (and the kids’) go wild!
• Holistic Gross Motor Design: active play elements are incorporated throughout the entire playroom, often incorporating the built-in feature
• Optional 20-minute revisions call to discuss design revisions of up to 2 hours
• Note: The built-in will require project management and installation by a licensed and insured contractor.
