grOH's Signature Design Process is in-depth and iterative. We really get to know you, your family, and your home.
grOH’s Signature Design Process Includes:
- three design meetings / presentations to formally collect your input
- finding and interviewing builders and trades for your unique project
- check-ins with you, as needed
- a full round of revisions
• It's your project's first official meeting!
• We guide you through our signature design quiz, look at design inspo, take a house tour, and learn your priorities: Let's get grOH-ing!
• We have been hard at work dreaming!
• We present multiple concepts and floor plans to you for your feedback.
• We have selected the entire design down to the details.
• We have talked to all of your contractors and vendors
• AND...Drumroll please! See your ENTIRE space transformed through 3D renderings and all product selections!
• Fine tuned just for you! We incorporate all of your feedback from the Final Design!
• Detailed specifications for your builder/contractor so they can build our plan!
Phase 2 is about making your design a reality. All of our ideas are ready for the on-site team to hit the ground running!
In addition, Bespoke Design Clients receive:
- totally innovative design
- unlimited email access to the Design Team
- full set of technical drawings for contractor
- up to 4 hours of additional calls or meetings
• Just that! We can send everything to your contractor for storage (sometimes this is not an option), or to one of our partner procurement companies!
WE ORDER EVERYTHING AND MANAGE ALL OF THE LOGISTICS FOR YOU
• We require a minimum bank of 10 hours.
• Hours are used to look at progress photos and video, do weekly check-ins and consults with you or the team(s) responsible for installation, organization, and/or implementation of the design.
This is all included in Bespoke Design whether you decide to have a white glove transformation or help manage installation.
Every family is unique and every project is different!
grOH! offers several levels and opportunities to support your family so you have a custom experience to serve your needs.
Each level of additional service is a la carte to grOH’s standard Design Fee.
• Use these hours however you or the team need virtual support: organization, contractor check ins, calendar management, or as needed consults.
• Dial up these hours for a more white glove experience. We can be the first point of contact for all contractors and tradespeople.
• Your grOH! team can be onsite as much or as little as you need. Complicated Install days? We can be there! Design Presentation in person? Absolutely!
• Instead of just designing your custom organizational structure, we put it together for you
• In other words, we reunite your candyland people, test every marker, and find all the missing puzzle pieces, so you don't have to.
• We manage every last detail (handyman, painter, mural artist, builder putting their final touches on the project) during the most important week of your transformation, install week!
• Optional bonus REVEAL for your entire family!

Contractor and Tradespeople
grOH! Project Fees begin at $20,000 for clients local to the Washington, DC area
grOH! Project Fees begin at $25,000 for Non-Local Clients
(we require technical drawings for Non-Local Clients)
This fee is grOH’s core service, Phase One and Phase Two. Optional Services, such as Organization, can be ‘dialed up’ or ‘dialed down’ depending on the level of service you are interested in.
The Investment:
grOH! fees start at $20k.
(This does not include products, construction, trades, or travel.)
